MediaHuman YouTube Downloader
A queue driven grabber built for pulling long lists down in one run, with format conversion, metadata tagging and channel monitoring handled automatically.
About MediaHuman YouTube Downloader
This one is built around the queue rather than the single file. Addresses can be pasted in bulk, dropped in as a text list, or added a playlist at a time, and the whole set downloads unattended with the chosen quality and format applied to every item. For anyone archiving a long list rather than grabbing one video, that is the difference between an afternoon and a coffee break.
Format handling happens on the way in. The output format is chosen once for the queue, and items are converted as they finish rather than in a separate pass afterwards, with the video quality picked from whatever the source offers up to the maximum available. Audio only extraction writes a tagged file with the title, artist and artwork data filled in from the source information.
Subscriptions turn it into an archiver. A channel or playlist address can be added to a watch list, and the application checks it on a schedule and pulls anything new automatically into a folder named for that source. Combined with a queue that resumes after a reboot, a machine can be left to keep a collection current without attention.
The practical details are all present: parallel downloads with a configurable count, bandwidth limiting so the queue does not saturate the line, proxy support, resume after interruption, and an output template so files land with predictable names in a predictable folder structure rather than as a heap in one directory.

Installation walkthrough
These steps assume a clean machine. If a previous release of the same application is present, deal with that first, since an overlapping install is the most common cause of a setup that stops halfway.
- Extract the archive to a folder with a short path.
- Close any running instance before starting the installer.
- Run setup as administrator.
- Set the output folder, name template and format defaults before building the first queue.
- Limit the parallel download count on a slow line, since too many transfers slow the whole queue.
