This site is an index. It catalogues software with descriptions, version numbers, package sizes, requirements and installation notes, and it points at transfer paths. It is not the author of any listed software and has no relationship with the companies that make it.
Product names, logos and version numbers referred to on these pages belong to their respective owners. They appear here to identify what an entry describes and for no other purpose. No endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any named company is claimed or implied.
The limits of what is checked
Entries are verified before listing and rechecked on a refresh cycle, but no listing is guaranteed accurate. Versions move, packages change, transfer paths break, and an entry that was correct at the last pass can be wrong by the next one.
System requirements listed on an entry are a guide rather than a promise. Real performance depends on the specific machine, and a package that meets the listed minimum can still be unusable on hardware at the bottom of the range.
Where it sits
Anyone downloading, installing or running software reached through this index does so at their own risk and on their own responsibility. That includes the state of their machine, their data, and their compliance with whatever law applies where they are.
The installation notes on each entry are written from experience rather than from a vendor manual. They are advice, not instructions, and following them does not shift responsibility for the outcome away from the person carrying them out.
