Wise Care 365 gathers the maintenance jobs that would otherwise mean four separate tools into one window with a checklist. A single pass scans for junk files, broken registry entries, oversized caches, fragmented drives and startup items that nobody asked for, then reports what it found before touching anything.

The cleaning side is careful about what it counts as junk. Temporary folders, installer leftovers, thumbnail and browser caches, log files and orphaned entries are separated by category with sizes shown, so a large cache that is actually wanted can be left alone. Everything removed goes through a restore point first, which is the difference between a maintenance tool and a problem.

The optimisation side handles startup and services. The startup manager shows what launches with the machine along with how much delay each entry adds, and entries can be delayed rather than disabled outright when something is needed but not immediately. The defragmenter handles mechanical drives properly and correctly leaves solid state drives to their own trim behaviour.

The privacy and recovery extras round it out: browsing and document history clearing per application, a file shredder for secure deletion, a recovery pass for files deleted by accident, a duplicate finder, and a hardware readout showing what is actually inside the machine, which is useful when a system needs identifying before parts are ordered.

Installation walkthrough

These steps assume a clean machine. If a previous release of the same application is present, deal with that first, since an overlapping install is the most common cause of a setup that stops halfway.

1. Extract the archive to any folder with a short path.
2. Run the installer as administrator.
3. Decline any optional extras offered on the component screen if they are not wanted.
4. Run a checkup first and read the report before allowing anything to be cleaned.
5. Set the maintenance schedule, or turn it off entirely, from the settings panel.
