This sits in the gap between a media converter and an editor. The core job is format and codec conversion with hardware acceleration, which turns an overnight batch into a coffee break on a machine with a modern graphics card, but the surrounding tools cover most of the reasons someone reaches for a converter in the first place: trimming, cropping, merging, rotating, subtitle handling and audio extraction.
The upscaling and interpolation models are the newer part. Old standard definition footage rebuilds to a usable high definition frame rather than a soft enlargement, and frame interpolation generates intermediate frames so twenty four frame material plays smoothly at a higher rate or slows down without stuttering. Neither is magic, but on archival footage the difference is clearly visible rather than marginal.
Stabilisation smooths handheld footage with an adjustable crop tradeoff, and there is a denoise pass for grainy low light material. A screen recorder captures the display, a webcam or both together with a picture in picture layout, and a downloader pulls a media stream to a local file with the format and resolution chosen before the transfer starts.
Everything is queued rather than done one at a time. A batch takes files with mixed formats and settings and works through them unattended, with an option to shut the machine down at the end. Presets cover the common device and platform targets, and custom presets store codec, bitrate, resolution and audio settings together.

Installation walkthrough
These steps assume a clean machine. If a previous release of the same application is present, deal with that first, since an overlapping install is the most common cause of a setup that stops halfway.
- Install the current graphics driver so hardware acceleration is detected.
- Disable real-time protection for the length of the install.
- Extract the archive to a short path and run setup as administrator.
- Enable hardware acceleration in settings after the first launch.
- Set the output folder to a drive with enough space for the batch.
